In the year 2198, the former United States is ruled by a strict government called The Trust.
The Trust has been in power for almost two centuries, and on the surface, things look great--there is almost no poverty, everyone has a job and a home, and medical advances have conquered many of the worst diseases. Green technology is booming and emissions are at an all-time low.
But underneath that perfect veneer is a dark truth: women are second-class citizens, a whole slew of things could get you put on a watch list
or worse, and the Trust controls every aspect of their citizens’ lives: from where they work, to what they drive, to who they marry and how many children they have.
